what shipping service do we use

No, we do not offer returns on plants. If a plant arrives damaged please photo it and send us a pic of the damage.We are not responsible for cold or heat damage . You must have someone at the delivery address to accept your plants . If you do a unfair chargeback ,we will post your infomation to our chargeback buyer list we subscribe to .All issues should be worked out before doing a chargeback .It is not right to take the items and get your money back. It is Fraud . It does not get taken lightly . Pots and clothes may be accepted for return at the shipping expense of the customer.Email us first and tell us the problem . do you ship plants in the winter
yes we do Some plants will be held untill your temperatures are safe enough to ship. Others will ship all year round .If it is winter and you would like to put a hold on plants you do not see listed email us ,we will put your desired plant aside for you then we will send you a invoice to pay 1 week before they are shipped so you can be assured they will not be out of stock in the spring rush! Regardless of ship date You need to have someone at your home to accept your plants . We are not responsible for weather damage from cold or heat .

How are plants shipped

Why would we send dead plants? it makes no sense. We also have had people leave feedback for plants that were from someone else, thinking it was us .Then they send a email saying sorry but never contact ecrator to fix it . We have had 1 buyer who left a negitive & a untrue remark about not getting a refund , he did a chargeback, so he kept all the plants and got his money back too. He not only got 10 trees for 5.00 plus he got free plants with that order also.His infomation can be veiwed on our other sites where we have a bad buyer beware Pay pal charge back buyers list . We have already listed his name/email address there and on on other web sites for all to view http://www.ebuyersreviewed.com/ So we do stress if you have a problem please email us or call we include our phone # ask us first. Don't be a chargeback buyer ! or ruin sellers reputation when we would have gladly helped you be a happy customer !!
